SEG, ERIELL Group and Enter Engineering optimize the logistics of gas fields in Kashkadarya region
SEG oil and gas company, ERIELL Group construction divisions and Enter Engineering company jointly commissioned a new 33 km long gas pipeline in the Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan.
This week, the commissioning of the gas pipeline, which connected the natural gas fields in the Kashkadarya region with the Mubarek gas processing plant, was fully completed. Along with the construction of the gas pipeline, work was also carried out at the Chuvama and Kyzylrabot fields on the arrangement of the wellhead, gas pretreatment units and a commercial gas metering unit were installed and installed. Investments in the project exceed 24 billion soums.
The commissioning of the gas transmission system will optimize the logistics processes of gas transmission from SEG fields. When designing the gas pipeline, it was provided for the use of the most efficient technological equipment for the preliminary preparation of the extracted gas, such as a two-tier separator separating the gas-liquid mixture into appropriate phases, as well as horizontal steel tanks for storing the released condensate liquid in the technological process. Installations of this level are used at gas facilities of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the first time.
"SEG attracts the most efficient contractors in Uzbekistan to implement its projects. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of SEG, ERIELL Group and Enter Engineering specialists, we have significantly increased the efficiency of gas production at our territorial production facility in Mubarek. Today, the company is focused not only on improving the efficiency of oil production, but also on gas production. Gas is an environmentally friendly fuel, and we understand that its consumption in the Central Asian region will only grow. That is why we used the most advanced equipment at the new facilities," said Tulkin Yusupov, First Deputy General Director - Director of the Mining Division.
"ERIELL Group, fulfilling its obligations under the contract with SEG, as a General Contractor, is the guarantor of performing all necessary works, including the construction and commissioning of this gas pipeline, efficiently and on time. At the same time, fully ensuring the progress of work with all the necessary technologies, equipment and materials, ERIELL constantly strives to use the best and most advanced of them for the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan," said Laziz Khasanov, Director of the ERIELL Group Project Management Department.
Today, SEG is actively increasing its presence in the market of crude oil production and refining, as well as natural gas and gas condensate.
