TZK-3 (Fuel Filling Complex): uninterrupted supply of jet fuel
This year our Company is successfully completing a number of projects on time. Among them — Construction of the Fuel Filling Complex for aircraft refueling in Samarkand. Its completion is scheduled by the end of 2022.
The Customer is SANOAT ENERGETIKA GURUHI, the Contractor is Enter Engineering.
The Fuel Filling Complex is located on the 2.04 hectare area. The main purpose is uninterrupted supply of jet fuel for aircrafts of both the national airline and other foreign airlines, including Cargo air transportation.
The Project includes:
4,000 m3 tanks, including 2,000 m3 Vertical Steel Tanks (2 ea.) for TC-1 jet fuel;
- operating building, consisting of a control room for 24 people (including security guards) and a laboratory;
- station for jet fuel-filling in fuel tankers consisting of two filling units, considering the connection of two pipelines for different types of jet fuel;
- 25 m3 drainage tank – to collect jet fuel spills;
- jet fuel storage tank – 50 m3;
- reinforced concrete tank for storm sewers, V=100 m3;
- new access railway track with a 30-meter long spur, with a winch;
- firefighting pumping station;
- fire tank – 1,400 m3 and etc.
Excavation of fire tank pit has been commenced. Leveling of the site (23 K m2) has been completed.
The staffing list includes 176 employees, including a maximum of 140 employees per shift. The number of equipment involved in the work is as follows: dump trucks – 5 units, excavators – 2 units, bulldozer –1 unit, cranes – 4 units, loader – 1 unit.
