The modern desire of people to go in for sports has several reasons. The most important of them is the desire to improve the quality of life. Nowadays it is no longer enough to simply “build a career”. Success is not only a brilliant career, but also a good health and personal life.
Employees of the Enter Engineering Group not only lead an active life, but also promote it by playing, for example, streetball.
Despite the similarity of this game with basketball, streetball is a separate sport with its own rules, included in the program of the Summer Olympic Games. It is played on a special court with one ring by 3 * 3 teams.
On September 11, 2022, the streetball tournament ‘Win or go Home’ was held in the sports hall of the Specialized School of Arts in Karshi. Six local teams and the combined team of the GTL project "Thunder host Enter Engineering” took part in the competition. It included Alisher Abdullaev (IT Department), Jayron Alaraz, Michel Atienza, Abraham Magapantai (Pipeline Design Department).
Each match was distinguished by a persistent struggle, and the results were often unpredictable. As a result, our team made it to the final, where in a tough duel it won with a score of 19-18 and became the winner of the tournament. Some individual prizes were also distributed among the team members: a 3-point contest ended with a victory of Artyom Ignashov from the Unics Kitab team (Karshi) who made 11 hits in 1 minute, and Alisher Abdullayev (Thunder host Enter Engineering) was recognized as the best player of the tournament.
