Recently, at the initiative of the PR service of Enter Engineering , a group of young climbers conquered the Greater Chimgan and hoisted the flag of our company on one of the highest peaks in Uzbekistan. Anton Tkachenko, Chief Supervisory Control Specialist, of Enter Engineering and category 3 climber, was one the climbers.
By implementing this idea, we wanted to figuratively personalize the path and aspiration of the company to high achievements, as well as the hard but honorable work of the company's employees, who make a worthy contribution to the prosperity and future of Uzbekistan.
And now, the big white-red flag of the company is proudly fluttering from the high peak of the Greater Chimgan. Yes, this is the peak of Chimgan, which is visible from anywhere in Tashkent, and now every time we look at it, we feel proud, imagining that our flag is raised somewhere on the high slope of this majestic mountain.
Given the complexity of this mission the company has invited the professional climbers to the group - Timur Shafikov (Master of Sports in Climbing, Senior Instructor) and Emil Sagitov (category 1 climber, Experienced Instructor). Also, when shooting the entire climbing process, climbers were accompanied by professional operators with experience in extreme conditions. The whole group was provided with the necessary equipment and tools. In the end, a group of enthusiasts have succesfully completed the task.
Later Anton Tkachenko told:
-“The Greater Chimgan” is a very large mountain range, which is part of the Chatkal Range. The highest point of the massif is known as the Greater Chimgan peak and has a height of 3309 m. Our ascent was an exciting and at the same time risky adventure. We moved along the center of the northern ridge to the top of the Greater Chimgan (H-3309), along the 2-B grade route. Climbers jokingly call this route the Ears because of its key (difficult) section, which is a vertical rock wall about 20 meters high, which is “passed” with the help of ropes and special rock equipment. Such kind extreme ascents are always associated with risks and unforeseen circumstances. And our ascent was no exception. But the team overcame all the trials and we reached the goal. The top of the mountain is like a symbol of some unattainable goal set by a person who is trying his best to realize it, discovering forces in himself that he did not suspect. There, at the top, we saw the majestic Chimgan from a different angle. It was majestic and quiet... Our efforts were rewarded by that grandiose moment of raising the flag of our company on the top of the Greater Chimgan. For the sake of this moment, it was worth taking the risk and going through all the difficulties”.
