Enter Engineering Group of Companies informs that the work on the project "Design, supply of equipment and construction of a gas processing plant, infrastructure facilities, a system for collecting, preparing and transporting gas on a turnkey basis" under the production sharing agreement with respect to the "Uzbekistоn Mustakilligi" investment block, which was launched in December 2019, on today they are in an active phase.
The scope of work of Enter Engineering within the framework of this project includes the performance of all types of work, both temporary and permanent, necessary for the implementation of the project, including design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning. The construction works will be carried out in five stages: a gas processing plant (GPP); the infrastructure of the GPP, including an access road, a sulfur pipeline, a sulfur storage warehouse, a shift camp for 250 people, a residential town for gas workers for 106 families, an industrial waste landfill; a gas collection system from wells of Jurassic deposits; commercial gas pipeline; external infrastructure, including power supply network, water supply system, storage facilities.
At the moment, a detailed design of GPP facilities and infrastructure is underway. The detailed design of the commercial gas pipeline, the main source of external water supply, has been completed. To continue further work on the detailed design, the source of the reserve water supply (the south-Surkhan reservoir) has been determined, a land plot for the construction of a residential town has been agreed, as well as the location of a warehouse. In terms of the design of the plant, the release of basic technological schemes, questionnaires and applications for the purchase of equipment and materials, as well as drawings of the construction part for the start of priority construction and installation work is carried out.
The production process of equipment of a long manufacturing cycle is in an active stage. Key design documentation is being issued and approved, orders are being placed and basic materials for the production of equipment are being supplied. By the end of this year, the first large-sized equipment for the plant is expected to be delivered to the construction site. The supply of materials for infrastructure facilities under construction is carried out in a continuous process. Just a few days ago, work on the layout of the plant site, the installation of the first foundations for the main technological equipment, the laying of a water pipeline and the construction of water intake structures, the construction of a road bridge on the access road to the GPP was completed. General construction and electrical installation works in the buildings and structures of the Shift Camp are at the completion stage.
For reference: The M-25 project includes the exploration and development of the "Mustakillikning 25 yilligi" gas field, the construction of a gas processing plant and infrastructure facilities in the Surkhandarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the extraction, transportation and sale of natural gas.
It is implemented by a consortium of international investors under the terms of a Production Sharing Agreement concluded with the Republic of Uzbekistan in April 2017.
