Enter Engineering is currently involved in a truly ambitious project —construction of the Copper Concentrating Complex-3 (Copper Concentration Plant MOF-3) and related infrastructure facilities in Almalyk. The Company has set a goal to complete the construction activities in the shortest possible time, though the scope of work is big. The non-stop construction cycle requires the use of enduring and wear-resisting equipment. This is the main distinguishing feature of the equipment for this industry.
Enter Engineering has recently expanded its heavy equipment fleet at AMMC MOF-3 projects. To load the dump trucks, XCMG XE 700 hydraulic backhoe excavators have been purchased from Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. with 4 m3 bucket (15 units). The excavators with 6.5 m3 bucket capacity, total 40 units, will be also purchased.
SD60 crawler bulldozers, total 4 units, have been purchased from Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. with weight of 70 tons and dump volume of 18.5 m3 per unit. The bulldozers of the same brand, total 30 units, will be also purchased.
For transportation of large volumes, SKT105S mine dump trucks will be purchased from Sany International Development Ltd in the quantity of 150 units, capacity of 72 tons, the geometric volume of body 35-44 m3 and the total weight of 105 tons.
The heavy equipment units were delivered to MOF-3 site. When choosing heavy equipment the main focus was versatility of heavy equipment, the ability to perform different types of work by one unit. Due to its multifunctionality, the fuel consumption will be significantly reduced.
- It is no coincidence that the choice has been made in favor of XCMG, SHANTUI and SANY: it is a well-known fact that Chinese heavy equipment is very reliable and can operate diligently for many years. We are constantly striving to improve the efficiency of our company’s fleet of heavy equipment and this purchase of high-quality equipment once again confirms that we were right to make this decision. I am convinced that purchase of the new trucks will have a positive impact on the results of our construction activities, said Khurshid Ikramov, Head of the Technical Preparation Management in the Machinery Department.
