As you know, the main thing in drilling any wells is a drilling rig. Intended for drilling in the Western Aral Sea ("Yuksalish-1" project), on the border with Kazakhstan, the ZJ90 drilling rig was delivered to Kungrad station on March 2, 2022 by 102 special wagons. Its weight is 2736 tons!
The machine was transported by Enter Engineering, EMS and ERIELL Group. For these purposes, 10 units of heavy trawls (40-60 tons), 15 units of 12-meter semi-trailers, 5 units of cranes (50-60-30 tons) were allocated.
The transfer of the structure from Kungrad station to "Yuksalish-1" was completed on April 29 of the same year. The total number of flights was 153. The distance to the goal – from the Kungrad station to the Western Aral – in one way was 350 km. Of these – 230 km off-road.
Preparation of the access road (embankment length – 5 km, width – 6 meters, height – 50 cm) and the site (size 130 * 150 meters, height – 1 meter) for the placement of the drilling rig began on February 5, 2022. 15 thousand cubic meters of soil were used for the road and 19.5 thousand cubic meters for the site. The quarry was 50 km away. 44 pieces of equipment were involved in the work, in particular dump trucks, excavators, bulldozers, small mechanization, water carriers and much more.
Enter Engineering specialists were engaged in preparing the site for the installation of the machine, and all the necessary equipment for the work was provided by the TC Transport Company Group of Companies. This machine has been used on this project since May 21. The planned drilling depth is 6 thousand meters! If everything goes according to plan, this mark will be increased to 9 thousand!
There are only two such machines in the post-Soviet space. One is in Russia, and the other is in Uzbekistan.
