Another large—scale project of the Enter Engineering group of companies is being actively implemented in the Karakul district of the Bukhara region - the construction of a machine-building plant of Enter Steel KARAKUL LLC for the production of metal structures, pipe products, vessels and apparatuses.
The new plant will be the third such enterprise. In the Tashkent region, Enter Steel machine-building plants are already operating in the cities of Yangiyul and Almalyk, as well as a design bureau in the city of Chirchik.
— The implementation of this project will allow to establish the production of import—substituting products for the domestic market of Uzbekistan and create 1,000 new jobs, - said Denis Nikolaevich Parkhomenko, head of the cost optimization and technology group (coordinator of the plant construction). — In the future, in the next 5 years, we plan not only to cover the domestic needs for our products, but also to arrange their export to a volume of 20 million US dollars per year.
After commissioning, the plant will produce air cooling devices, adsorbers, desorbers, oil and gas separators, as well as various metal structures — pipes, frames for buildings and structures, high-voltage transmission poles, lighting masts, antenna-mast communication equipment, pipe assemblies, sector taps and various equipment for chemical, oil, gas processing and the metallurgical industry. The project provides for the equipment of production lines.
At the moment, the construction of production facilities is underway. In addition, administrative and household buildings, auxiliary buildings will be erected at the facilities, gantry and bridge tower cranes will be installed inside the workshops, platforms for the assembly of large-sized devices, warehouses for finished products and MTS will be built. The production capacity of workshops for the manufacture of metal structures is 50 thousand tons of products per year, pipes — 120 thousand tons of products per year, and vessels and devices working under pressure — 300 units of products per year.
For metal cutting and production of finished products, it is planned to install special lines and machines from well—known world brands —Voortman (Holland) — plasma cutter, saw; Akyapak (Turkey) — bending and welding column; Esab (Sweden) — welding equipment; Geka (Spain) - guillotine, press scissors, as well as equipment from China.
The total cost of the project is US$ 20 million. The volume of production areas of the enterprise will be 20 thousand m2. The projected annual turnover of the plant for the sale of metal structures will be 8 million US dollars — 4.5 million will give the domestic market (56%), and exports to neighboring countries will be 3.5 million US dollars (44%).
Summing up the above, we can say with confidence that the launch of this enterprise will bring a significant economic effect not only for the Bukhara region, but also for the whole republic as well.
