BCS «Southern Tandyrcha»: work in progress

In Guzar district of Kashkadarya region at the "South Tandyrcha" field, specialists of Enter Engineering Group are actively working on the construction of a booster compressor station (BCS).

This facility is being built on «turnkey basis» by the order of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" in order to increase hydrocarbon production. Launch of the station will provide full and stable operation of the field, as well as significantly increase the daily production of natural gas.

Currently, the design of the BCS is fully completed, and the overall progress of the project is 50%. On the construction site, the following indicators of work completion have been achieved: excavation (97%), concrete ( out of the designed 5,456 m3 of concrete, 3,660 m3 have been completed), steel structure installation (2%)

Installation of the main process equipment is being carried out. In particular, elements of the gas compressor unit (GCU) 100, 200 and 300 are being installed. Currently installed: 3 sets of gas and liquid AVOs, on frame compressor and engine, and gas group separators (inlet, intermediate, end). In addition, installed: shelter with the device in it monolithic slab and ventilation and air conditioning systems, external metal structures (platforms, stairs, bridges), heating system, fire protection plumbing.

Besides, installation of station inlet separators C-001, C-002, flare separator F-601, gas reduction unit BRG-601, gas separator for auxiliary needs C-701 À/B, flare shaft and floodlight masts with lightning receivers (6 units) is completed.

More than 100 workers and 30 units of different machinery are involved in the construction works.
