A press tour for the media

The industrial sector is rapidly developing in present Uzbekistan: new facilities are being constructed, an increasing range of marketable products find their consumers locally, new jobs are being created. Enter Engineering group of companies is fully engaged in this process, being one of the largest and dynamic companies in the region.

In order to familiarize the public with the ongoing activities, a press tour was organized: the representatives of television, printed and electronic media as well as blogosphere visited Enter Steel and Enter SOLAR Green Energy plant located in Yangiyul city of Tashkent region.

A presentation was held for the journalists during which it was highlighted that over a comparatively brief period Enter Steel became the largest enterprise in Uzbekistan to produce steelworks, overhead and gantry cranes, pressure vessels. Current output capacity of the plant is 25 ths tons of items per year and it is continuously increasing. Enter Steel Almalyk branch is functioning in Almalyk and Enter Steel Karakul is currently under construction in Bukhara region. The products are developed by the in-house design office in Chirchik.

The visitors took a tour of the workshops where they familiarized with some basics of the production processes, got acquainted with the employees and interviewed lead specialists. It was emphasized that from day one the company set a priority of creating such products that would meet the highest quality standards, which is now proved by the possession of international certificates issued by ASME, ISO, IQNet. Media representatives could find confirmation of the stated above in the Central Plant Laboratory, where they were shown precision equipment from Ibertest (Spain) used for physical and mechanical tests. The visitors also witnessed the actual metal rupture test.  

The citizens of Yangiyul are particularly proud of Enter SOLAR Green Energy plant, build this year and presently in the commissioning phase. This modern production facility, being unique in the Central Asia, encompasses the implementation of innovative technologies for the production of solar panels with guaranteed service life of 25 years. These solar panels will be installed in photovoltaic power plants (PPP) currently under construction in the country. Press representatives took a look around the automated production line supplied by one of the industry leaders - Ecoprogetti (Italy).

“The installed equipment will be capable of producing up to 377,360 solar panels per year," said Timur Khaibullin, production manager. “Localization of the production will allow meet the demands of PPP as well as significantly reduce production costs, yet securing longer product warranty liabilities.”
