To make the trip safe
At the copper processing plant (CPP-3) project, implemented by Enter Engineering, there is the peak of construction and installation works, which are carried out both day and night - production buildings and infrastructure facilities are being built, the main technological equipment is being installed.
The significant number of different vehicles, including small maneuverable ATVs, are constantly moving throughout the construction area. They are easy to operate, economical and allow specialists from various departments to quickly get to any area on the construction site. But at night, this type of transport is almost invisible on the road, which creates additional difficulties for drivers of large cars and increases the risk of an accident.
— In connection with the problem, the question arose of installing additional light signaling equipment on ATVs, which will allow them to be more clearly identified by other road users," Firuz Juraev, HSE Department Manager said. — The main task was to make the signals bright and visible from a long distance, while not disturbing the design of the vehicles themselves. The specialists of our department joined in solving the issue and in a short time a scheme for attaching LED strips to flexible antennas of machines was developed. In the practical implementation of our plans, we were helped by our colleges - power engineers who mounted electrical equipment directly on the equipment.
The implementation of this idea significantly increases the level of road safety on the project and the efficiency of using ATVs for the needs of Enter Engineering employees.
