Scientific and technical conference was held
The international scientific and technical conference on "Problems, innovative proposals and solutions in the field of chemistry and technology of oil and gas" was held in Bukhara.
The event was attended by researchers, field specialists, as well as heads and professors of specialized higher educational institutions from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia and other countries. The conference addressed the current problems of the current state and prospects of research and development in the field of petrochemistry, gas and oil and gas processing aimed at the development of the fuel and energy complex.
The speakers, including the representative of Enter Engineering, touched upon topical issues in such areas as energy and new energy sources, chemistry and chemical technologies, geology, development and operation of oil and gas fields, oil and gas deep processing, as well as fundamental science.
— At the conference we presented a report on the activities of our company aimed at organizing effective training of promising young personnel, — Ashur Yunusovich Aliyev, Chief Engineer of the Enter Engineering Construction Directorate said. — At the moment, we are experiencing the significant need for highly qualified specialists in a number of areas, for example, design, electrical engineering and instrumentation, welding, installation, commissioning and others. To this end, the strategy of interaction with universities, both domestic and foreign, has been developed and is being implemented. We provide technical assignments to the institutes, and representatives of the company regularly meet with the teaching staff. In short, we work to ensure that the curricula take into account our specifics and that students acquire the professional competencies necessary for its development. The main goal is the arrival of young people who have a sufficient level of theoretical training and are able to join the work process from the first day, contribute to maintaining high standards of Enter Engineering.
