Small but important facility

The Samarkand “Silk Road Samarkand” tourist center, built by the Enter Engineering Group of Companies, has already managed to declare itself as a new magnificent oasis, where the unique flavor of the East is recreated. There are excellent conditions for recreation, tourism and business communication, and every guest gets into the atmosphere of cordiality and hospitality.

Today, work continues on the improvement and expansion of the STC infrastructure, carried out by Enter Engineering specialists. In particular, the dormitory building for staff is being built among a number of new facilities in the complex. Work on the facility, which began in July last year, has entered the active phase, and the approximate date of completion is April of this year.

The project of the 6-storey building being erected was developed by Oil and Gas Design. At this stage, general construction works are underway, in particular, the interior of the building is being equipped according to the plan. More than 100 employees work at the site, as well as the necessary special equipment is used.

— This structure will perfectly fit into a single architectural ensemble of STC, —Mizrob Raimov, head of the OSR site, noted. — This facility is of great infrastructural importance. As it is known, the main facilities of the Silk Road Samarkand complex are 8 modern hotels, which can accommodate up to 3,000 guests at the same time. A large team is being formed to serve them and will work 24/7. In turn, we are building a comfortable dormitory with 500 beds, where people will be able to fully relax, as well as be able to effectively solve organizational and production issues. On the ground floor there is a large meeting room and open space for 105 operators, and the upper ones are completely reserved for residential premises.

Work is in full swing at the site of the facility, every effort is being made to complete its construction and put into operation efficiently and on time. We wished the friendly team of our builders the strength, enthusiasm and successful completion of the project.
