HSE Department: the main goal is safety

The basis for the stable and productive work of Enter Engineering is labor protection, strict compliance with the safety requirements, prevention of occupational diseases, provision of prompt and high-quality first aid in case of accidents and preventive measures aimed at ensuring healthy working conditions.

The organization of work to solve all these tasks and control over their implementation are assigned to the specialists of the HSE Department. The structure of the division consists of three departments — occupational health and safety (OH&S), environmental protection (EP) and health protection (HP).

— All our employees are guided by the best international practices in their activities, —Nurullo Khayrullaevich Shirinov, the Deputy Head of HSE Department said. — Today, all Enter Engineering projects have HSE departments, which employ about 300 employees who daily carry out comprehensive measures to ensure the smooth work of builders. In particular, working conditions for employees are being improved, preventive and educational activities are being organized, and a culture of industrial safety is being introduced and developed. In the field of occupational health and safety, the main goal for us is to achieve a zero level of injuries and fully minimize the risks of accidents.

Over the past year, HSE Department specialists have organized a large number of various practical and theoretical events on the company's projects. Let's recall just a few of them:

CPP-3. Training of managers and heads of sites was conducted, in which 38 IT specialists participated, and certification of OH&S specialists took place.

Baysun GPP. Practical lesson and training with students-practicians of the Samarkand International University of Technology.

Seminar in honor of the Labor Protection Day, held at the MTO GCC project together with the trade union committee of the company.
