Trade Union: Analyzing activities and identifying new objectives
Recently in the conference hall "Uzbekistan" of Enter Engineering's new office was held VII Conference of the trade union organization, which reviewed the results of work in 2023.
More than forty delegates participated in the conference, as well as key representatives of the company: Deputy General Director Timur Abdullaev, Head of HR-Department Timur Hodjaniyazov, Head of HSE-Department Sherzod Hodjaev, Advisor to the Chairman of the Republican Council of Oil, Gas and Geology Employees Trade Union on Women's Issues Yulduz Adilova and chairmen of shop committees of the trade union as a part of Enter Engineering Group, EMS, SEG.
In the course of the conference three key issues were considered: presentation of the report of the chairman of the trade union committee and the audit commission, amendments to the composition of the trade union committee of Enter Engineering, as well as approval of the Charter of the primary trade union organization of the company.
It should be noted that as of 01.01.2024, the primary trade union organization of the company has 24,133 people, which makes it the largest among the primary trade union organizations in the country.
During 2023, the trade union committee carried out significant work on social and legal protection of employees, organization of cultural, educational and sports events, as well as improvement of employees' health and labor protection issues. Last year, financial assistance in the amount of UZS 983.6 million was provided to 651 members of the trade union organization, primarily 128 low-income families. In addition, 207 members of the trade union committee were paid for training under a contract, 205 employees were assisted in medical treatment, and material assistance was provided to an employee who suffered as a result of a fire. More than 600 female employees were awarded bonuses in honor of International Women's Day - 8 March, and 96 active trade unionists received bonuses.
Over the reporting period, 145 employees and members of their families were provided with vouchers to health resorts totaling 559.1 million sums. During the summer holidays, children of employees had an opportunity to rest and recuperate in the camps "Lochin" in Kashkadarya region, "Sokol" and "Zangori Olov" in Tashkent region for a total amount of UZS 191.7 million.
Important issues related to the activities of the trade union organization were also discussed and relevant decisions were made and objectives were set for the future.
