Digitalization is the basis for successful work
Successful activity of Enter Engineering Group of Companies is impossible without implementation of modern methods of organization of all production processes and in particular electronic document control.
It's not a secret that in large organizations, document management often becomes a problem due to the high labor intensity of processes and significant resource consumption, which slows down work, reduces productivity and does not allow to quickly obtain objective data.
— Increasing the efficiency of management through the introduction of new technologies of work with documentation is obvious today, - said Zamira Abdurakhmonova, Head of the Division of Records and Registration of Documents of the Document Management Department of Enter Engineering. - Several thousand documents are processed through our department every month, including more than 1,500 contracts, 700 official letters on behalf of the company, 500 internal local regulations and many other documents. That is why the introduction of electronic document control and the use of electronic digital signature (EDS) became an urgent and vital task, which our employees were entrusted to solve by the management of the department represented by Sardor Farkhadovich Sharipov.
In the course of their work, the specialists of the Division of Records and Registration of Documents relied on the existing legislative framework developed in our country for the accelerated development of digitalization, in particular the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Electronic Digital Signature”.
— Electronic document control allows us to significantly reduce the time required to approve and sign documents, thus freeing up employee resources for more important tasks,” noted Zamira Abdurakhmonova. - It also helps to eliminate data losses and errors related to the human factor, improve employee discipline, instantly find the necessary documents in the database, reduce the company's expenses and much more.
It is worth noting that before implementing the system the employees studied the peculiarities of using EDS for different types of documents. A thorough selection of the authorized operator was also carried out: the valid license was checked, the possibilities of system integration into the 1C program, service efficiency, pricing policy and customer focus of the company were evaluated.
— As a result, in December 2023, the selected operator provided an opportunity to use a free trial period of testing the functionality, which was very successful, - summarized Zamira Mukhitdinovna. - Since the beginning of this year we have debugged the integrated possibility of signing documents with EDS through the system "1C Document Management" and since February we have completely switched to work in it. Now documents in the department are signed in one click.
