Increasing engineering capacity

Construction of Copper Processing Plant (MOF-3) for AGMK in Tashkent region is one of the priority projects of Enter Engineering. At the end of last month, the installation works of SANY SCC16000 high capacity crawler crane were completed on the project. Mirshod Ashurov, Manager of the Hoisting Machines Department at UMMR Enter Engineering, told us about the technical characteristics of the machine and the expected effect of its operation: 
— At this stage, the crane assembled in the LJDB configuration handles loads up to 140 tones and is involved in the assembly of the fine crushing body hopper. This model has many pluses, including a wireless remote-control device, a sensitive safety monitoring system, and two convenient and reliable operating modes - erection and working operation. The main boom length is 54 meters. The safety level is shown in real time on the display in the operator's cab, there is lightning protection, automatic changeover switches, and a CCTV system. Maximum lifting capacity 1600 tones.

The crane is equipped with special metal plates to evenly distribute the load from the crane's own weight and the load. The crane is operated based on preliminary calculations, which consider its location on the site and the characteristics of the loads to be lifted. 

The crane has been working on the project since the beginning of February and is being operated by certified operators Uttam Swain and Abdul Jalil from India. It is planned to maximize its use until the completion and commissioning of MOF-3.
