Mechanical Engineering Directorate: coherence and proficiency

Enter Engineering Group of Companies has taken the direction to form its own production base, which will allow to manufacture a wide range of industrial equipment, spare parts and construction materials for the needs of implemented projects.

Implementation of these goals is mainly entrusted to the specialists of the Mechanical Engineering Directorate. This is a relatively young division, which has been operating for just over two years, but is already demonstrating significant results.  Today, under the leadership of Erlan Bulatovich Bostekpaev, highly qualified employees work here. With their efforts, as well as systematic cooperation with related organizations, the production of capacitive equipment and pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers for various media, metal structures, welding electrodes, metalware, as well as other equipment and consumables has been arranged.

Formation of orders starts with a preliminary stage, where a list of needs is formed based on the collection of data sheets, preparation of technical documentation. This is the field of activity of the team of coordination specialists, headed by Ioanna Akhmetyanova. They are engaged in the formation of orders, determine their executors and control the fulfilment of production work. For example, in matters of manufacturing large process equipment and metal structures, there is close co-operation with Enter Steel's machine-building plants in Yangiyul and Almalyk, as well as with the design bureau in Chirchik. In addition, timely selection, contracting, delivery and paperwork for required materials and components are ensured. Other managers managing production processes include Akmal Ismoilov, Rustam Shomatov, Elbek Dzhurakulov and Mumin Khidirov.

Some specialists of the Mechanical Engineering Directorate are permanently located at the production site, which allows them to co-operate with local employees, control order fulfilment and quality of products manufactured for the oil and gas processing, chemical production and mining industries. For example, Bakhridin Turaev and Erkin Shertaev control the production of spare parts and metalware. And Sherzod Rakhimov's team monitors the quality of products. In addition, the Directorate is involved in expanding the capacity of the machine-building plant - in 2023, a second workshop for non-standard equipment, a workshop for the production of electrodes, two open production sites were put into operation, and the construction of a foundry and metalware shop is in the active construction phase.
