Enter Engineering Group is actively involved in the construction of complex for Oil Shale Processing from the Uchkun (Aktau) deposit in Navoi region.

As part of the project implementation, elements of process equipment for the future complex are being manufactured at the Enter Steel machine-building plant in Yangiyul, Tashkent region.

— Two end sections for the reactor were manufactured in our workshops," said Murod Erniyazov, Enter Steel's Chief Technologist. - This large-sized equipment, each section being more than six meters in diameter, is designed to support the rollers, which serve as both balancers and support legs for the reactor.

Due to the fact that commissioning works on the carousel machine, on which the end sections were to be finalized, were not completed at the plant, they were sent by prior agreement to the city of Navoi to complete the works at the production base of "GIDRO STANKO SERVIS" LLC.

Delivering such a heavy and bulky cargo, with each end section weighing around 40 tones, required the development of a special logistical operation. A 450-kilometre-long route was calculated and approved, which took into account the peculiarities of the highway - width, road surface, bridges and interchanges, and also formed a caravan consisting of a 100-ton trailer and escort vehicles. It is worth noting that on a 2-kilometre-long section in Navoi Oblast, it was necessary to completely block traffic on the highway for almost two hours to allow the caravan of vehicles to overcome it unhindered.

In the end, the logistical operation was successful and the end sections were delivered to their destination. After mechanical treatment is completed, the equipment will be sent to the processing plant for further installation.
