On 29 March of the current year, the V General Conference of Enter Engineering's labour collective was held at Bunyodkor office to discuss the implementation of the current Collective Agreement in 2023.  


The conference, which was attended by 48 delegates representing projects, administration as well as the leadership of the company's trade union organisation, was held in offline and online modes.

Timur Abdullaev, Deputy General Director - Administrative Director, and Bobir Kenjaev, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee, made reports on the work done to fulfil the existing collective agreement of Enter Engineering. They noted that during the reporting period there were a number of joint actions organised by the employer and trade union committee in order to control the implementation of the collective agreement and its provisions. They also provided statistical data demonstrating the amount of work done to organise workers' working hours and rest, their moral and material support, provision of quality medical services, guarantee and compensation payments and cultural and sporting events.

In particular, Timur Abdullaev emphasised in his report that one of the employer's responsibilities is to provide employees with safe working conditions. The Company specialises in the construction of both complex industrial and high-tech and socially important facilities, so occupational health and safety issues are of paramount importance. At the same time, the management and trade union organisation pay great attention to ensuring safe working conditions, protection of employees' health, introduction of modern means and methods preventing occupational injuries and diseases, thanks to which the accident rate at the projects has been reduced to a minimum. In addition, he noted that in 2023, sufficient funds were allocated for the implementation of the labour protection action plan, in particular, insurance against occupational accidents and diseases, purchase of PPE, medicines and hygiene products, drinking water, and organisation of medical examinations of employees. Timur Ruslanovich also drew attention to the fact that wage payment deadlines were not always observed. At the same time, during the reporting period there were no disagreements and conflicts related to the implementation of the collective agreement, no one was held liable for violation or non-fulfilment of its obligations.

Among the speakers were representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan: S. Tukhtaev, First Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council of Trade Union - First Deputy Chairman of the Republican Council of Trade Union of Energy, Oil-Gas and Geology Workers, S. Egamberdiev, Deputy Chairman for International Affairs and F. Mahmudov, Head of Organisational Department of this organisation, who gave an objective assessment of the work done to implement the terms of the collective agreement.

During the debate on the conference agenda, a constructive dialogue took place in which delegates discussed the work of the administration and the trade union committee, and it was deemed satisfactory by an open vote.

The issues related to the activities of the trade union committee were also considered and relevant decisions were made and tasks for the future were defined.
