Enter Engineering pays close attention to training of qualified young personnel. Within the framework of organised cooperation with the relevant universities, the company's specialists regularly meet with students and teachers, hold various events on topical issues.

A vivid example of this co-operation was the next meeting of HSE Department employees with students of Samarkand International Technological University (SIUT). The event took place on the eve of this year's World Day for Safety and Health at Work, dedicated to the impact of climate change on occupational health and safety.

The meeting was organised in the form of a training session on the theme ‘Occupational Health and Safety Risks and Hazards in Training Practices’. Sherzod Khodjaev, Head of HSE Department, and Nurullo Shirinov, Deputy Head of Department, gave a visual safety briefing to the young men and women, telling them about potential risks, methods of their prevention, safe performance of work in the field at well drilling sites during training and industrial practice. In addition, industry professionals addressed questions and demonstrated video clips concerning compliance with fire safety rules, personnel actions in case of fires and earthquakes, improvement of general safety culture.

It is worth noting that the target audience were first-year students of the university, who will soon have to undergo training practice. Addressing the students, the speakers noted that the study and strict observance of all the established measures on labour protection and safety during the upcoming internship, as well as in everyday life and study, is an important factor in the formation of professional competencies of future specialists.

The practice of holding such training sessions with SIUT students has already become traditional and will be continued in the future.
