On the eve of May 9 - the Day of Remembrance and Honour, a solemn ceremony organised by the trade union committee of Enter Engineering was held on the territory of the memorial complex ‘Bratskiye graves’ in Tashkent.
The management and representatives of the trade union committee honoured the memory of the World War II participants and home front workers by laying flowers at the «Sorrowful Mother» monument.

‘The Bratskie Graves war memorial complex is one of the most visited sights in the capital. It is especially crowded here on 9 May, when many Tashkent residents and visitors come to pay tribute to the soldiers and officers buried here. The remains of more than a thousand soldiers and officers who died in the hospitals that operated here during the war are buried here. In the centre of the complex harmonises the monument of the ‘Grieving Mother’. It is a symbol of millions of women who sent their husbands and sons to the front. On this bright day we express our gratitude to all those who did not spare their lives for the sake of peace and did not return from the battlefields. Their names are written in golden letters in the history of mankind and grateful descendants will always remember them,’ said Bobir Kenjaev, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of Enter Engineering.

Also during the ceremony, many warm words were said in honour of the heroes who gave their lives for peace and quiet in our country! Honor guard of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is serving at the memorial complex these days, gave special solemnity to the event.

Enter Engineering Company warmly congratulates the living veterans-front-line soldiers and home front workers, wishes them good health and festive mood!
