Modernisation is proceeding as planned
Reconstruction and modernisation of the Fergana Oil Refinery continues in Fergana Oblast under the signed agreement between Enter Engineering and FNPP. The enterprise is considered one of the largest in the sphere of hydrocarbon raw materials processing and production of fuels and lubricants not only in the republic, but also in the Central Asian region.
The purpose of the works is to expand the production capacity of the plant, introduce modern technologies and organise the production of popular products. Another milestone marking the successful implementation of the project was the completion of construction and installation work on the chemically treated water and water vapour production unit. The new FNPP boiler plant is a modern high-tech facility equipped with equipment capable of producing medium and high pressure steam with a thermal capacity of 225 tonnes per hour. The main suppliers were internationally recognised companies Macchi (Italy) and «Technokhimreagent» (Ukraine).
- Project manager Ilya Putz said: ‘The $24 million installation is designed to meet the needs of the plant's existing and new production facilities with chemically purified water and water vapour of high quality, and to optimise operating costs, including energy costs. - The detailed design was developed by UzLITI Engineering, while Enter Engineering acted as the general contractor for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).
Ilya Putz also noted that steam generated in the boiler house is used at all stages of hydrocarbon feedstock processing and production of marketable products, starting from primary oil and gas condensate processing units to deep processing of various types of oil products, including hydrocatalytic production processes. The new facilities will optimise operating costs, resulting in savings of about 15% of total energy supply costs.Due to the highest professionalism of
Enter Engineering team of specialists all works on the object were performed qualitatively, within the established terms and in accordance with all requirements of the customer.
It is worth noting that today water treatment plants for steam generating devices are actively used in various fields: heat supply systems, construction, public utilities, service and catering enterprises, food, chemical, oil and gas, woodworking industry, pharmaceuticals, medicine, etc. In this regard, the experience of participation in the construction of such facilities is a unique practice in Enter Engineering's activity and will further strengthen its reputation as a reliable EPC contractor.
