Five years of effective performance

A solemn event was held at the «Bunyodkor» office to summarise the results of the 5-year activity of the trade union committee of Enter Engineering Pte. Ltd.

The report on the work done for 2019-2024 was made by the chairman of the trade union committee Bobir Kenjaev. In particular, he said that the main instrument of social partnership between the employer and the trade union organisation is the Collective Agreement, which regulates the issues of working conditions, recreation, provision of benefits and guarantees to the employees of the company. The first such document for 2019-2022 was adopted at the conference of the labour collective on 25 June 2019, in this regard, this date became the day of formation of the trade union committee of Enter Engineering Pte. Ltd. In addition, the rapporteur reported that for the past time the trade union committee specialists have done extensive work in a number of areas of social protection of the company's employees.

It was noted in the speeches of the meeting participants that the trade union committee is actively involved in organising and holding events dedicated to state and professional holidays at the projects and shift camps, and the best employees are rewarded with memorable gifts and cash bonuses. For example, since 2022, the Company's female employees who are members of the trade union have received annual cash rewards in honour of 8 March - International Women's Day. Chairmen of shop-floor trade union committees, activists, and labour protection commissioners were awarded for active participation in the activities of the trade union organisation.

The solemn meeting ended with the ceremony of awarding certificates of honour to the most active representatives of the trade union committee, for their contribution to the activities.
