Production capabilities are being expanded
Enter Engineering Group enterprises continue to expand their activities. In particular, at Enter Steel machine-building plant in Yangiyul city the production of new non-standard equipment was realised. By order of FE ‘Saneg’ Ltd. a rocking machine SK-ES-3-1,45-710 was manufactured.
Rocking machines are a type of ground drives for downhole rod pumps, which are used in the operation of oil wells. They are an important element of oil and gas equipment and are used for mechanical drive to oil well rod (plunger) pumps. The machine design is a balanced rod pump drive consisting of a gearbox and a dual four-link pivot mechanism.
"This order was definitely a new stage in Enter Steel's development. It was the first prototype of the machine, and we manufactured some of the parts and assembled them as part of the contract. We can say that it was a professional challenge for the company's team, as we have never produced such non-standard products before. We expect to further expand mutually beneficial co-operation with oil and gas producing companies of the country, which until now had to address such orders to foreign manufacturers’, - said Chief Technologist Murod Erniyazov.
Within the framework of contractual obligations the list of parts to be manufactured was defined: balancer head, rack, frame, balancer body, crosshead support, crosshead, upper connecting rod head, balancer support and connecting rod. After the old machine was delivered to the factory, the above parts were dismantled, new parts were manufactured and installed on the rocker machine, and then the testing stages began.
"Our specialists made the necessary measurements of each part from the sample, and based on the data obtained, full technical documentation and drawings were developed in the design office. After the items were manufactured, the rocking machine was reassembled and a test run was carried out to verify its performance. The rocker was placed on the foundation and tested in a loaded condition with a load of 3 tonnes. No defects or discrepancies were found after the tests,’ explained Murod Erniyazov.
We congratulate the specialists involved in the implementation of this project with its successful completion and wish the entire team of Enter Steel Machine Building Plant further labour success!
