Today the issue of using internal reserves, including human resources, for successful implementation of Enter Engineering Group's projects is more relevant than ever before.

A striking example of such work was the organisation of retraining courses for transport specialists for the needs of construction of the copper processing plant (MOF-3) from among the already employed drivers and mechanics.

27 June for 19 employees of Enter Engineering and EMS became a new starting point in their professional career. They took special refresher courses and received 4th category truck crane operator's licences.

Organisation of such courses was dictated by the need for crane operators, as this type of special equipment is widely used at MOF-3. It was decided to use our own capabilities - training facilities, theoretical and practical experience, and, most importantly, to select applicants from among existing employees.

«After the recruitment was announced, 19 people were selected out of 40 applicants - dump truck, semi-trailer and mixer drivers working on projects in Bukhara, Kashkadarya and Samarkand regions - based on the results of the interview. The training took place at the training centre at MOF-3, where under the guidance of experienced teachers the candidates attended a theoretical course and consolidated their knowledge in practice. At the end of the programme, they passed the relevant exam, following the results of which they were allowed to operate hoisting truck cranes with mechanical and hydraulic drive» said Kakhramon Khalilovich Abdiev, head of HM.

During the course of the training, the participants learnt not only the equipment and techniques of working on it, but also familiarised themselves with the specifics of the facility where they will be working. Now the newly graduated crane operators will have to pass a probationary period, but the mentors are confident that everyone will successfully join the new team and fulfil their tasks.

"‘I went for retraining because I wanted to learn a new speciality, expand my skills and capabilities. And I hope to benefit financially - the salary of a crane operator is higher than that of a concrete pump driver," said Umidjon Matkarimov, a graduate of the course.

It is worth noting that the initiative has been continued, a second group of 11 people has already been formed, and further recruitment is planned.
