Vector for cooperation
On August 9, the representatives of Enter Engineering, Saneg, Eriell and SIUT held a working meeting at the Bunyodkor office with the specialists from the educational platforms of Synergy Corporation — Synergy University, the Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurship and the Moscow Institute of Technology.
During the event, the guests presented models of continuing education based on their own technological resources, which contain more than a thousand programs at various levels of education.
— The figures speak for themselves, — Mikhail Valeryevich Yerofeyev, the Vice-rector for Regional Development at Synergy University said. — Our educational corporation is among the top 10 Russian universities in terms of the total number of students: since 2015, we have grown from 25 thousand students to 210 thousand. From September 2024, the IT college will open in Namangan, after which graduates will be awarded state-issued diplomas from both countries. The first set has already started, about 200 applicants are expected to start full-time and part-time education in the near future.
The interest of our companies in the activities of Synergy is due to the high dynamics of the growth in the number of students, the development of online directions, the constant increase in the percentage of employed students, the opportunity to acquire relevant skills and knowledge throughout their lives, as well as the presence of 68 representative offices in the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
"We have several areas in which we could successfully cooperate," Timur Ruslanovich Abdullaev, the Deputy General Director and Administrative Director of Enter Engineering, summed up the meeting. — Firstly, it is the increase in the managerial competencies of the average line staff at construction sites. It is no secret that we cultivate many specialists "from scratch", when they are promoted, they need to pump up the "guiding muscle". In addition, yesterday's students who came to us from university work in our company. They have diplomas, but the competencies required in practical work are not enough.
Following the meeting, it was decided to sign the Cooperation Agreement between the Group of Companies and the Synergy University, and the preliminary agreement was reached on the development of joint educational programs with the Samarkand International University of Technology (SIUT). In addition, employees of the Group of Companies can already receive discounts on the education of their children according to the proposed programs.
