Negotiation technologies have been studied
On July 5, the Bunyodkor office hosted the training session on "Preparation and Conduct of Negotiation" organized by SEG Enera. Corporate consultant Sanjar Razzakov acted as the expert of the training.
16 employees of the Enter Engineering Group of Companies applied for participation in the event, among whom there were both managers and ordinary employees of departments, which contributed to the effective exchange of experience and the search for new approaches through discussion.
— This is the sixth such event organized since the beginning of the year for employees of the Group of Companies, — Yegor Romanenko, the Head of the training and staff development department at SEG Enera said. — We try to conduct them in the format of open classes aimed at developing universal skills and competencies among employees that are relevant in modern reality.
It is worth noting that Sanjar Razzokov pays special attention to practice in his classes, suggesting that participants "play" situations similar to those that arise in the workflow. Such the active form of the educational process allows to effectively assimilate new knowledge.
Strategies based on the classic Thomas-Kilmann negotiation model were considered as basic during the training. The topics discussed were devoted to various aspects of the negotiation process — myths, strategies and roles, signs of a strong position and others. Of particular interest was the issue of the influence of cultural differences on negotiation tactics, which gave rise to the idea of the organizers to conduct a separate training on this topic.
Also, during the lesson, the participants got acquainted with the game mechanics, which took place in both individual and group forms of work, filled out workbooks, which they could take with them at the end for further use as memos in their activities.
— It is important to use all the opportunities provided by the company for personal professional growth. — Mashkhura Sayidova, the Chief Specialist of the Department of Documentary Management, noted after the event. — The training lasted 4 hours, it seems that it is quite a long time, but the time flew by unnoticed thanks to a rich program and interesting practical tasks.
