Localization of production continues

The Enter Steel machine-building plant in Yangiyul has launched the production of shut-off valves, pumps and flanges for the needs of Enter Engineering Group projects.

Localization and coordination of the release of such in-demand products is carried out by the Enter Engineering Department of Process Control in cooperation with Enter Steel specialists.

"Today we are engaged in the repair of shut-off control valves (SCV) of all types, pumps, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, the manufacture of valves, sizes from Dn15 to Dn600, and in the near future we will begin production of ball valves and pumps. This equipment is designed to open and close the flow of the working medium in pipelines and is widely used for water supply and sanitation, flow control of oil, gas, aggressive chemicals and other liquids in pipelines. The need for these products is quite high and over the past time we have already manufactured and repaired more than 2000 pumps, recently work has begun on the restoration of several types of pumps (deep, cantilever, centrifugal, multi-section, waste-mass). All finished products were sent to the projects of the Group of Companies — MOF-3, BGPP, NOF, UGS Gazli, Samchemcomplex, Western Aral, TKK, CNG and others," Sayid Subkhanovich Kurbanov said, the Process Engineer of the KTP Department.

The production of shut-off valves includes several stages, starting with casting and ending with the assembly and quality control.

"At the first stage, the materials are selected depending on the requirements for the working environment, for example, cast iron, steel, brass, stainless steel, etc., and molds are prepared where molten metal will be poured. After the necessary blanks are cast and cooled, excess material is removed, grinding, turning and other operations are performed to give the necessary shape and dimensions. Depending on the design and requirements, parts of the reinforcement may be subjected to additional mechanical processing, such as drilling holes, threading, surface preparation for the installation of gaskets. Then all the components of the valve are assembled into a single product, which is then checked for compliance with technical requirements, tightness and functionality. After all these procedures, the finished products are packaged and sent to customers," Sayid Subkhanovich Kurbanov said.

The material and technical base of the Enter Steel machine-building plant allows to fulfill significant volumes of orders for spare parts, repair and maintenance. We are ready to expand cooperation.
