Key projects are being implemented

The Enter Engineering Production Automation Group has been in existence for more than four years and consists of 12 specialists from six countries around the world.

The main task of the group at the creation stage was the automation of construction processes, but over the past 1.5 years it has significantly expanded its functions. Currently, the development, implementation and support of complex systems used by various departments of the company is underway, and the number of applications is growing. We present you five main directions:
Implementation and development of systems developed by Intergraph Сompany, including Hexagon SDx (engineering data management system), Smart Completions (commissioning management system) and Smart Reference Data (catalog data management system).

"HexagonSDx is already operating at the Baisun GPP project, pilot implementation and scaling for other projects are being prepared for other systems. We will provide user support until the end of the project implementation period," Maxim Sedov,  Project Manager said.

The 1C:SCP competitive development system, which allows optimizing the procurement and contracting processes in the company through transparent and controlled mechanisms that allow purchasing materials on the best terms. The further development of the system is the improvement of open electronic trading based on the already developed BIDS solution. The work in this direction is led by the administrator of the IT project Nurbek Khabibullayev.

The development of a transport management system based on the 1C-MVM information solution will allow to monitor the technical condition of transport, plan repairs and seasonal maintenance, and purchase the necessary spare parts in a timely manner. In close cooperation with EMS, technical solutions have been implemented to help track the level of transport usage, which significantly optimizes the operation of more than 6,000 units of equipment at the MOF-3, Baisun GPP and others projects. Kholmukhammad Berdimuratov, the administrator of the IT project, manages this area.

Under the leadership of Yasin Khaledi, Nadira Tsedenova and Mirjakhon Begimkulov, the PMIS engineering documentation management system was implemented in Enter Engineering and UzLITI Engineering, which allows to keep a detailed history of the preparation and approval of documents and track the contribution of each specialist, which significantly reduced the time required to prepare project documentation.

Another significant project of the group was the implementation of the first biometric employee authentication solution in Uzbekistan at MOF-3. Now the project is moving to the stage of pilot operation, allowing you to automate the control of access control and work schedule. According to Vladimir Melnikov, the department's lead analyst, they are now able to fix violations that could previously have gone unnoticed.
