Students studied the work of HR specialists

The educational practice of students of the Gubkin Branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (NRU) in Tashkent, which took place at the construction project of the Baisun Gas Processing Plant, was full of informative theoretical lectures and useful practical exercises.

The special place in the series of events was occupied by presentations of Enter Engineering HR department specialists. And this is not by accident — according to the Head of the HR Department's recruitment and training department, Ulugbek Baisov, getting detailed information about the work of this department by the students will help them to make a holistic impression of the company as a whole, its thoughtful HR policy and career prospects for young professionals. In this regard, one day the Head of HRD Administration Department Farrukh Narziev and HR Manager of the UNG-2 Directorate Victoria Falina spoke to the guys.

"I presented the students with basic information about Enter Engineering and the important role of the HR department in its activities, as a unit dealing with the main resource of the organization - its employees. The guys studied the organizational structure, learned what the "route of the first working day" is, got acquainted with the achievements, including the digitalization of HR-business processes, automation of personnel accounting and turning market challenges into new opportunities. I also spoke about cooperation with training centers in various professional fields and deepening ties with specialized universities in the education of young personnel who are able to join the process from the first day of work," Farrukh Narziev said.

The participants were greatly interested in watching a film about Enter Engineering, shot by the PR department of the Group of Companies, where they saw firsthand the scale of the company's activities and its achievements.

"The demonstration of the film aroused great interest among young people, what they saw really amazed and inspired them, there were many opinions that it would be great to become part of a large cohesive team after graduation. In my speech, I tried to convey to the students the mission, strategy and values of the company, as well as the main provisions of staff recruitment and training," Victoria Falina said.

At the end of the event, the specialists answered all the questions that arose and handed the students certificates of completion of the training practice.
