New course on HR administration
Enter Engineering continues to improve employee training by introducing innovative approaches.
A new advanced training course called "HR Heroes: HR Administration Course" was launched at the beginning of September at the initiative of the HR department. The program, developed jointly with the HR Training and Development Department and the HR Administration Department, was created both for new employees to help them quickly adapt to the specifics of the company's work, and for existing specialists who need to supplement their existing knowledge.
It was initially decided that the course would not be created in the usual format of a lecture or textbooks, but in an interactive format, with an emphasis on gamification, which will make working in the program not only useful, but also interesting.
The program, hosted on the distance learning platform, consists of eight modules, four of which have already been launched. Its unique feature is the interface, reminiscent of a computer game. Employees can choose their character and take the course as a quest, with missions and tests. Program administrators have access to statistics and can track the progress of employees: what stage they are at, how much time they spent on completing it, and what tasks they completed. 245 department employees have already started completing the first modules of the course.
You can take the training either from your workplace or from home using a laptop or smartphone. Upon completion of each module, administrators can download the results and save important documents — local acts and labor legislation — for further use. This helps to quickly find the necessary information when questions arise.
The course has become not only a tool for quickly adapting newcomers to the team, but also an excellent opportunity for existing staff to minimize errors in document processing and improve their professional skills. The HR department is also ready to develop similar programs for other divisions of the company, taking into account their specifics and needs.
