Training of domestic highly qualified specialists with modern knowledge, skills and abilities, capable of solving production problems of any complexity is a priority area in the activities of the Enter Engineering Group of Companies. For its implementation, the training center "AMALIY MONOMARKAZ" was created on the basis of the Enter Steel machine-building plant in the city of Yangiyul, Tashkent region.
The legislative basis for the creation of the center was the Decree of the Head of State "On measures to establish mutually beneficial cooperation with business entities to reduce poverty". Within its walls, training of young specialists, preparation of a personnel reserve and advanced training of enterprise personnel will be carried out in the following areas: training in welding methods and welding production; hydraulics and hydraulic drive; pneumatic devices and mechanisms; control and measuring instruments and automation (KIPiA); training of CNC machine operators; advanced training of engineering and technical personnel. The training will be conducted by experienced teachers.
To organize a high-quality educational process and practical classes, "AMALIY MONOMARKAZ" is equipped with modern equipment similar to that used at the plant. These are devices for argon-arc welding (TIG), semi-automatic welding (MIG) and manual electric arc welding (MMA), a virtual welding simulator, as well as stands on: pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering and electronics. A large technical library has been collected for studying the theory and obtaining specialized knowledge.
Another area of activity of the new training center will be interaction with the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov, based on the concluded memorandum of cooperation. This will allow dual education between the enterprise and the university in terms of organizing educational and pre-graduation practice. It is also planned to conduct scientific and experimental research in the field of metallurgy, welding materials, and provide assistance in the manufacture of equipment for doctoral students when defending their dissertations. Another step towards the start of the practical activities of the center was the signing of agreements with vocational schools No. 1 and 2 of the Yangiyul district.
Of course, the activities of "AMALIY MONOMARKAZ" will give impetus to the local population, especially young people, to mastering in-demand working specialties, will allow to fill the personnel needs of the plant and will have a positive impact on the social situation not only in the district, but also beyond its borders.
